About Brad

Dr. Brad Lewis has spent his life helping those in need and serving his community in a variety of capacities. As Franklin County Coroner and as a past member of the Groveport Village Council, Brad understands the importance of governing with integrity and earning the trust of Central Ohio’s citizens. 

For the last two decades, Brad has had an impressive medical career as a family physician and assistant professor at the Ohio State University College of Medicine.  If elected, Brad will be the foremost expert on health care policy in the Ohio Legislature. 

In addition to his elected experience and medical career, Brad has always managed to devote countless hours to community service.  As a Den Leader for the Boy Scouts of America, Brad has helped to instill leadership qualities in young men.  And as a Board member at Columbus State, Maryhaven, and Lifeline of Ohio, Brad has provided leadership for key education and health institutions. 

Brad lives in Groveport with his wife Elaine and their two sons, John and David.  They are active members of the Groveport United Methodist Church.
